Open-source tools provided “as-is”

DevPipe provides free, browser-based developer utilities to the community on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. The tools, documentation, and site content are offered without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for production, security-critical, or compliance-sensitive use. You are solely responsible for verifying results before relying on them in your workflows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevPipe and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any tool, including loss of data, loss of profits, or security incidents, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your responsibilities

• Use the tools lawfully and in accordance with your organization's policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security measures, or misuse resources.
• Understand that although processing happens locally in your browser, you remain responsible for protecting sensitive data on your device.

Third-party services

The site may display advertisements (such as Google AdSense) or link to third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of DevPipe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
